Professional office in St. Joseph MO is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Person will be the first point of contact for clients. Primary role will be to assist clients, schedule appointments, relay phone calls/messages, copying, scanning, typing forms and documents, preparing and processing client documents and billings.
Prior professional office experience is required. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an outgoing personality. Attention to detail is an absolute requirement. Must be able to multi-task. Must be a quick learner and be proficient using Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
