Great opportunity for recent college grad or someone with background or experience in data entry, administrative, and interested to learn and grow. We’ll teach you what you need to know.

The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a senior team member. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

Will sponsor H1B for the candidate after 6 month review period.

Skills

• Proven experience in data entry
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while managing multiple tasks.
• Associate degree or equivalent
• Quickbooks experience preferred but not required.’

Responsibilities

• Entering vendor bills into Quickbooks Pro.
• Assist in making customer invoices in Quickbooks.
• Interact with warehouse to help with shipping.
• Help keeping track of purchase order cancel dates.
• Maintain an organization system of digital and physical files.
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
