Confidential Hiring for Dental Office Insurance Coordinator at Boston, MA Full Time

Our busy, private, family dental practice in Boston is seeking a Insurance Coordinator. This is a part time position and we have flexibility with the hours.

We are in a vibrant neighborhood where we have been located for more than 40 years. We have many patients that have been with us since we opened and now see the younger generations of their families. Our patient base continues to grow rapidly, mainly through referrals from our current patients.

Despite being open for several decades, our office was completely remodeled in late 2018. We are an electronic practice with all the latest equipment and technologies currently available dentistry. We designed and decorated our office to have a welcoming, “homey” feel to it.

We have on-site parking for patients & staff and are easily accessible to the MBTA.

Candidates need to have a minimum of three years experience working with dental insurance.

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying patient eligibility
• Identifying insurance coverage
• Filing insurance claims
• Posting payments to accounts
• Following up on past due claims
• Maintaining insurance updates
• Overseeing patient accounts
