We are looking for a Dental Office Manager for our Dental Clinic in Orleans, ON.

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) with evenings and some Saturdays.

The responsibilities of the job:

-Manage the scheduling for all dentists and hygienist
-Familiar with social programs (ODSP, HSO, NHIB).
-Able to work evenings and some Saturdays.
-Familiar with assignment of benefit.
-Lead the front desk to book patients with due treatments
-Lead and support the front desk with all administrative duties
-Lead the team to reach the determined quarterly and yearly goals of the clinic
-Manage and optimize all team member schedules to reach the best functionality for everyone

Salary: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
