Dental Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our staff! Pay based on experience within medical/dental field.
Job Responsibilities Include
- Answering office emails and communicating with other offices as needed
- Answering the office phone and answering patient questions
- Greeting patients upon arrival and communicating the patients’ arrival to the back office promptly
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Managing and updating patient contact information
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail orientated
- Self-motivated
- 1-2 years dental experience recommended, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
