This position will work as part of the management team responsible for managing front of house operations. We are looking for a person who is passionate about hospitality, work well as part of a team, enjoy the floor, guest interaction, and thrive in a busy environment.
Required Skills:
– Front of house management, shift leadership, service direction
– Ability and desire to work on the dining room floor guiding and supporting staff
– Prior experience leading and developing a team
– Extensive knowledge of service, hospitality, food, wine, cocktails
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, Reservations, and other industry related programs
– Open/closing procedures
– Supervising and assisting staff during peak times.
– Health and sanitation requirements for both the restaurant and the bar
– Outstanding communication and skills
– Dedication, reliability, commitment, passion, enthusiasm, knowledge, work ethic

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
