We have an opening for an EXPERIENCED C-Level Executive Assistant for the President of our company!

Our company is a medical group practice dedicated to providing the highest quality care to children and adults in a friendly, comfortable, and professional atmosphere. We have an outstanding Executive and Corporate Office Team constantly working to assist our Physicians in providing exceptional care to all of our patients.

The successful candidate for the Executive Assistant to the President will be a high-energy, organized individual with a positive attitude, great people and communication skills, and the drive to help in our company’s continued growth and success.

*** This is an on-site position and will require working in person in Tampa, FL, Monday through Friday. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position ***

The duties for this position will include:

• Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO schedule is managed and followed
• Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up appropriately
• Booking travel arrangements
• Reviewing and responding to emails
• Reviewing incoming mail
• Tracking licensing CE requirements for all states
• Managing tasks and assignments to completion

• Office Management
• Stocking/Ordering office supplies for the corporate office and our locations.
• Maintaining card key building access system
• Working closely with the Property Management Company to maintain the office building.
• Providing quotes for projects and managing those projects to completion
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for this position:

• MINIMUM of 2 years (recent) experience as a C-level Executive Experience
• The ability to work in-person at our Corporate office Monday through Friday (This is NOT a hybrid or remote position)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to be bonded and insured, if required
• A cover letter must be submitted with resume
• High School diploma is required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Salary offered will be commensurate with experience

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
