EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR with EVENT PLANNING EXPERIENCE
Right arm role supporting two C level executives in one of Atlanta’s oldest, most prestigious companies. Beyond the fundamentals of calendar management, expense reports, setting up town halls and earnings calls, the position encompasses event planning for small and large clients.
Our client requires at least 10 years of administrative experience supporting executive(s), event planning for a minimum of 10, the ability to interact easily with internal and external stakeholders, and a proven history in managing multiple priorities.
