General Description:
Westside Agri-business employer is seeking an Executive Assistant to support ownership. The Executive Assistant will perform administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel arrangements, meeting and event preparations; preparing reports and financial data; oversight and supervision of other support staff; customer and vendor relations. The Executive Assistant requires strong computer abilities, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients, and personal contacts.
