Our busy, private, family dental practice in Boston is seeking a Full Time Front Desk Receptionist. This position has a full benefit package. We are looking for someone that would like to secure a job that has a future with our practice and continue to grow professionally.

We are in a vibrant neighborhood where we have been located for more than 40 years. We have many patients that have been with us since we opened and now see the younger generations of their families. Our patient base continues to grow rapidly, mainly through referrals from our current patients.

Despite being open for several decades, our office was completely remodeled in late 2018. We are an electronic practice with all the latest equipment and technologies currently available dentistry. We designed and decorated our office to have a welcoming, “homey” feel to it. We have on-site parking for patients & staff and are easily accessible to the MBTA.

Candidates need to have a minimum of three years experience working at the front desk of a dental practice.

Responsibilities:

· Strive to provide superior patient experience

· Comfortable with all aspects of a dental front desk including scheduling to maximize office productivity

· Competent with dental insurance including checking insurance eligibility, coverage, processing insurance claims and explaining benefits to patients

· Confident with discussing treatment plans and all financial arrangements between the patient and the office.

A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone that is organized, focused, mature, and professional.
