Confidential Hiring for General Labor 1099 – Evening Shift (Trabajo laboral general) at Oakland, CA Full Time

Our company is looking for a self-motivated, responsible, non-drug user to take on a contract job immediately.

Duties include cleaning and maintaining trash areas at apartment complexes in Oakland. This is an evening shift from 2pm to 9pm, Sunday – Friday.

This is a contract. You can subcontract one day per week if you don’t wish to work on Sunday but you will be responsible for the work. The subcontractor must be approved by the company.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with landscaping, janitorial or trash hauling
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Drug free (including marijuana)
• No sexual or theft felonies
