Human Resources Clerk

We are a corporate management company of luxury automotive dealerships throughout the country. Our location is in beautiful downtown West Palm Beach. We are in search of a team member to join our Human Resource Department, as the HR Clerk. As the HR Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of employee-related clerical duties. Your priority will be assisting with background reports. Other responsibilities will include clerical support to the HR department.

Responsibilities

• Assist with applicant background processing
• Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical support to Human Resources
• Perform other clerical duties in HR department – filing, scanning, etc.
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications

• PC literacy experience.
• Basic knowledge of human resources would be helpful
• Good organizational skills
• Must be a good communicator
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to apply basic skills relative to office administration
• Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships

Education

• Requires one year of clerical experience
• Requires the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
• Associate degree in Human Resources or work experience equivalent
