We are seeking a outgoing Receptionist for our Front Desk. You will also assist with our marketing and social media.

Job Duties Include:

1. Answering telephone and directing calls as needed

2. Scheduling client appointments

3. Keeping office tidy and organized

4. Screening potential clients

5. Performing administrative tasks as time permits and as directed by management

6. Handling social media and other marketing matters

Qualifications Needed:

1. College degree preferred but past experience in similar position will be considered

2. Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Word and database programs

3. Proficiency in social media

4. You must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

5. Must consent to background check

6. Valid drivers license
