National Law Firm is currently looking for a Mailroom Clerk to join our fun and dynamic Santurce PR office.

Job Duties:

• Opening, sorting, stamping, and distributing all incoming mail.
• Printing, sorting, and distributing all documents received via fax or email.
• Folding, stuffing, and sending out all outgoing mail.
• Researching all returned mail and updating related documentation.
• Scanning in all documents.
• Calling for maintenance on mail machines (such as folding, stuffing, and postage).
• Handles special projects or other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience in a related field (office or mailroom) is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn computer software is required.
• Ability to maintain a positive and flexible attitude that will continually improve the work environment and work with a diverse team.
