Job Duties

• Data Management
• Review VLMS Damage Claims
• Review of STI Damage Claims
• Assist with monthly Claims Aging Reports
• Train new drivers how to document (and avoid) damages
• Process, document, and report Cargo Claims
• Report accidents to Claims Manager and Safety Managers as soon as made aware
• Other duties as assigned
• Work with Claim Manager and IT to develop processes for digitally storing Claims data and files

Qualifications

• Property claims experience required (3 years)
• Data entry and management experience preferred
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Fast learner! We will train you on our software.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $50K to $65K a year (compensation will be based on experience)

Shift Details:

• Position is in-office.
• 8 AM to 5 PM
• Monday – Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
