Confidential Hiring for Order Entry Specialist Job at Portland, OR Full Time

Our company, located in North Portland, is looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our OE team. As the OE Specialist, you will work closely with the other members of the Order Entry team, Customer Service, Sales as well as key clients from around the country and internationally. This role requires a keen eye for detail and accuracy in entering orders, as well as knowledge of ERP systems, customer service skills and knowledge of basic administrative tasks, such as processing outgoing mail, answering phones, etc.

In this roll, you will:

• Enter orders received from sales representatives and large clients in our ERP
• Process order changes received from Customer Service or the customer
• Work with Accounts Receivable and/or Customer Service to set-up new customers and process orders
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties in office, including answering phones, processing outgoing mail, assisting with large mailings, etc.
• Act as back-up for the other OE team members as needed

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience working in an office environment or in a data entry role

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree
• Previous customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
