Our Customer Service Department is looking for a highly motivated and talented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of customer service skills, 3+ years high volume data entry experience and will possess excellent grammar, verbal and written skills. In addition is a proven problem solver, highly organized, has a strong attention to detail and is comfortable working in a fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process high volume orders, maintain records, and act as a liaison between the company and customers regarding current and past orders
• Answer inbound phone calls
• Triage customer inquiries and complaints
• Prepare price quotes using quoting software
• Provide administrative support to Sales Managers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, Associates’ preferred

• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Knowledgeable in A+ and Salesforce software a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
