Our client is looking for a proactive Desktop Support Technician. The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving computer related issues (hardware/software). This person is expected to identify, research, and resolve technical and process related problems as required. This position will support local and remote users working in the field as well as other offices.

At least 2-3 days / week between Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Definitely Tuesdays in Pasadena. HQ is in Woodland Hills and site locations are surrounding Los Angeles area; Santa Monica, Pasadena, Van Nuys, Westlake village, Torrance, etc. to name a few. Promotion to full time position in the future is not out of the question.
