Job Purpose:
Front Office Receptionist and Office Assistant Position
Duties:
* Answer all incoming phone calls.
* Maintain a log of incoming phone calls with concise and precise information.
* Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
* Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
* Organize work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
* Assists with maintenance of department schedule by assisting with travel arrangements.
* Maintaining and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Skills/Qualifications:
Outstanding Telephone Skills and Verbal Communication, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Organization, Travel Logistics, Scheduling, Typing, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handle Pressure and Multi-Tasking. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a must.
