Reel Security Corporation of Georgia is growing and we are searching for a scheduling coordinator (Scheduler) to join our team. We are in search of someone who is reliable, dedicated, and organized. Scheduler Responsibilities:

Communication Skills:

• Communicate with security officers, supervisors, field supervisors, and clients on a regular basis.

• Handle large volumes of employee and customer calls.

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.

• Assist in communication between field employees and office staff

Critical-Thinking Skills:

• Need to devise plans of action and assess those plans regularly.

• Effective time management to tasks needing completion

• Communicate problems faced and solutions.

• Follow up on internal and external customer questions or issues;

Organizational Skills:

• Evaluate client orders, break down, and process those orders efficiently.

• Enter and update client information into a database for scheduling needed.

• Responsible for timely and accurate scheduling of staff for client needs.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Need to be ready when problems arise or are ready to anticipate problems before they happen.

• Create and maintain schedules in order to ensure that all company goals are achieved and that deadlines are met.

• Identify problems and help improve processes.

• Identifies and reports problems to the Scheduling Supervisor or Manager;

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required

• Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and or in writing (e.g. clients, suppliers, security offices.

• Scheduling/dispatch experience or similar business experience required (3 years minimum)

• Must have the ability to work independently, maintain the confidentiality of the information and meet deadlines;

• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

• Advanced communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn basic computer programs and processes

• Able to work a flexible schedule

• Ability to cope with change or respond well to change.

• Must have a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An associate’s degree in business preferred

• Proficiency in Mac OSX, and iOS

• Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred

• Proficient in Google Workspace office software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
