We are looking for a detail oriented, tech savvy Social Media Coordinator with a strong sense of creativity to work along side our marketing team. The ideal candidate can conceptualize, create, and manage exciting content to spark audience engagement across all clients’ various social media platforms. This Social Media Coordinator must have the ability to handle a fast-paced position that requires innovation, organization, and communication.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain an existing social media presence.
· Establish and maintain a social media presence for multiple brands.
· Collaborate and brainstorm with our Marketing team to bring to life ideas in social, digital, TV, and radio as needed.
· Develop social media strategies while constantly researching for latest trends (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to increase followers, engagement, and new clients.
· Assist in designing, creating, and managing social and nationwide digital promotions.
· Create, plan and maintain social calendars for multiple clients.
· Responsible for all communications and representation of brand image via social channels through comments, direct messages, and customer engagement.
· Analyze and report on key display and social media metrics regularly.
· Ability to work and accomplish objectives independently with little supervision.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in applicable field
· A highly motivated and collaborative team player
· Strong analytical skills and ability to develop data-based insights
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Interested and up to speed on pop culture and trends
· Well versed in the use of each platform
· Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency, driven and self-motivated
· Exceptional organization skills
· Ability to work with a variety of partners, personalities and clients
· Friendly, team-player attitude
· Keen attention to detail
· Must be flexible, able to multi-task and manage time effectively juggling multiple priorities
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with a team
