Confidential Hiring for Tiktok Assistant / Social Media Coordinator at Garden City, NY Full Time

We are currently seeking an Marketing and Social Media Assistant. We actively promote our brand through social media across 4 growing social media accounts (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and Youtube.) Our goal is to build our brand recognition and purchases of our books, courses, and tutoring products. You’ll help our content manager create content and devise new plans for increasing likes, subscribers, followers, and more. You will also be responsible for connecting with and working alongside other social media influencers and content creators.

Additionally we will need someone willing to pitch in with basic office tasks and assist in the day to day operations of the company. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with the company.

Basically, you get paid to brainstorm, formulate strategy, create content, and post on social media.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide the operational support necessary for the content team to create valuable resources for our social media channel.
• Create your own content for our pages and post said content.
• Assist our staff in filming and creating content every day.
• Work with our social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik-Tok.
• Stay relevant on trends, market dynamics and our competitors.
• Additional responsibilities as required.
• Complete general office tasks and assist in the day to day operations of the company.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have proven success on social media (can be of any age category or skill level, all we care about are proven numbers)
• Proven success advocating a product/brand to the target audience.

• Detail oriented and self sufficient
• Tech savvy and familiar with digital communication tools (such as Zoom) and social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
• Self-motivated and extremely organized
• Excellent communicators who are organized and motivated to succeed.
• Ability to occasionally work ‘off hours’

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
