Initial role entails: setting up company budget, determining and solidifying profitability model, establishing vision for future acquisition, determining proper payroll, commission and employee benefits. Ideal candidate works in high end Web3-, crypto-, metaverse-, NFT-, VR-type circles. Generous commissions on new business referrals resulting in account wins.
