Connect Search Hiring for Accounting Clerk – Hybrid Schedule Job at Appleton, WI Full Time
Our client in Appleton is looking to bring on an Accounting Clerk to join their team due to a software implementation project they are undergoing. This position is open to part time and full time candidates (24 hours minimum) and is offering a hybrid schedule after initial training. This role is fast moving and is looking to get someone started up within 1-week upon offering the role!
Pay – $18-22hr (flexible depending on experience)
Hours – flexible, can start as early as 7am
Hybrid schedule – 1-2 days remote, rest of days onsite
Must have – AP experience, data entry, able to keep up with a fast paced environment
Job Duties
- Responsible for processing invoices or accounts payable reports with a high level of confidentiality, verifying for accuracy and necessary approvals before entering for payment.
- Backup for various Accounts Payable, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Invoicing functions as needed
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Flexible and work well through change
- Research and resolve issues as needed to reconcile AP invoices.
- Maintain customer master information accurately
