JOB DESCRIPTION-Property Accountant
Chicago (Loop-Remote, but need to be within 50 miles of Chicago)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and manage all General Ledger activity with clear understanding of revenue drivers and costs
- Performs, monitors, and delegates duties related to the daily close, month-end close, year-end close
- Generate monthly rent roll and rent statements
- Assists with the preparation of other financial documents and
- Maintains clear and concise work papers with special attention to accuracy and presentation
