Connect Search Hiring for Recruiter (Remote) at Chicago, IL Full Time
AA growing candy company based out of Chicago is looking to hire a Recruiter to join their team.
Must Have: high-volume recruiting experience and manufacturing industry experience; consumer packaged goods experience is a nice to have.
Hours: 9-5pm Central Time Mon-Friday (entirely remote but must live or have recruited in the Chicagoland area)
- General labor recruiting experience in manufacturing (will fill around 20 requisitions per month)
- Positions are general labor, machine operators, sanitizers-all factory jobs)
- Can work well in a fast paced high volume recruiting environment
- Clear and complete communication with internal HR teams
- Work Day experience or ATS systems savvy
- Excel or Google Sheets experience
- Willing and able to use own phone for calls and texts with candidates
- Problem solving orientation. Able to diagnose and solve recruiting problems including analyzing the root cause of the issue and troubleshooting to correct
- Positive attitude and likes a challenge
