Connexa Limited Looking for Property Acquisition Specialist at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

Connexa is an independent New Zealand mobile towers and passive infrastructure business that operates a nationwide portfolio of over 2,350 mobile sites. We are dedicated to building and enhancing our network of mobile towers to facilitate the rollout of 5G and future mobile technologies. We work with various stakeholders, such as Spark and 2degrees, to provide the essential infrastructure our customers need to unlock New Zealand’s digital potential.

As a Property Acquisition Specialist (PAS), you will be involved with a wide range of tasks in both Property Acquisition & Lease Management teams, helping us to deliver our customers’ needs.

The role will involve working across multiple tower delivery teams to acquire land for new sites; from creating the relationship to final negotiation. You will also work with our Portfolio Managers with sites and landowners in our existing portfolio. You will continue to build and support existing relationships with external and internal stakeholders to provide desired outcomes for Connexa. The PAS role will be working with multiple acquisition projects and teams, operating within specified timeframes.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Project based activities across Property Acquisition team
• Specific activities include but are not limited to Identifying candidates, contacting landowners and tenure negotiations for new site acquisition
• Supporting Property Acquisition Manager’s with stakeholder management and engagement through the end-to-end property acquisition process. Supporting Portfolio Managers with project activity and portfolio optimisation on existing sites, including managing landowner relationships, lease renegotiations and site purchases
• Managing modification projects across existing sites including landowner and specialist engagement/negotiations as required
• Assisting with data entry and reporting across our Tower Management Platform and Lease Management system
• Miscellaneous administration tasks as required across the property team to support delivery of the property function
