JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: 1. Provides oversight and day to day direction to the recruitment team; recruits, interviews, hires and trains new employees on the team. 2. Assists in the development of new strategies and programs to attract candidates and implements at Connexus 3. Responsible for the oversight of full recruitment life cycle for individual contributor, manager and VP level positions, including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references, extending offers to qualified candidates 4. Works collaboratively with hiring managers to fully understand position needs and develops position specific recruitment strategies for specific roles within the organization when necessary 5. Identifies candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, social media, job fairs, referrals, etc. 6. Ensures a consistent approach and experience to candidates regardless of assigned recruiter on a search 7. Manages the relocation process for candidates that require moves 8. Manages the Recruiting function of Workday and serves as the go-to for recruitment-related questions 9. Partners with the Compensation and Benefits Manager to ensure accurate experiential calculations are completed in a consistent manner 10. Ensure appropriate job description updates are completed for each recruitment to ensure pay equity standards are maintained 11. Manage the bi-annual organization job description audit 12. Partners with the HR Manager, Employee Operations on the annual Affirmative Action and EEO1 audits 13. Partners with the Organizational Development Manager to ensure scheduled new hire training programs (Member Contact Center, Member Services, Etc.) are filled, and appropriate onboarding materials are available 14. Provides oversight of the New Employee Orientation with all new hires each week 15. Works in partnership with the HRBP to maintain departmental metrics on a quarterly basis 16. Comply with all Federal Regulations as they pertain to your job duties, including BSA 17. Performs other duties as assigned Position Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in related field or commensurate experience is required 2. 7+ years of prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is required 3. 1-3 years management experience is preferred 4.
