Description
The HR Learning and Competencies team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to administer the group’s activities with respect to Instructor-Led, Web Based, and Virtual Learning courses and programs for our Midland, Tx asset. If you are selected as the Learning Administrator, you must be able to coordinate a variety of different courses and projects across multiple disciplines delivered in multiple locations including utilizing our Learning Management System (LMS). Key organizational and communication skills are required to support L48 Midland Operations and L48 HSE/Ops Learning Advisor. This position will also support the L48 Early Career PetroTechnical Program and L48 Competency Management program.
This position is based in Midland, TX.
