Administrative Assistant
This position offers exposure to all aspect of business. Reporting to upper management, you will work on important and varied files.
Work Responsibilities
o Project management & online research
o Booking travel and appointments
o Preparing presentations and promotional materials
o Document correction
o Posting jobs, selection and pre-screening applicants
o Grant applications support function
o Event coordination
o Managing Linkedin, Facebook and Google Business accounts
o Managing memberships, charities and donations
Qualifications:
· Great communication skills, fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Minimum 2 years experience
– option to work from home 1-2 days/week after initial 3 months in office
