Construction Worker Full Time

Position: Construction Worker (Permanent Full-Time)

Location: Various construction sites across New Zealand

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Pay Rate: $26 – $28 per hour (depending on experience and learning ability)

We are looking for 2 dedicated construction workers to join our team immediately!

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to manage site on their own in absence of supervisor
• Follow Clear Instructions of supervisors
• Can read construction site plans and apply practical knowledge where applicable
• Assist in setting up job sites and preparing layouts.
• Move tools and equipment to construction sites.
• Load or unload building and construction materials.
• Help carpenters with their work as needed.
• Operate and care for construction tools, equipment, and machines responsibly and safely.
• Able to Follow H&S policies 

Requirements:

• Must have 2 to 3 years of experience working on construction sites
• Must have their own tools and vehicle
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
• Able to pass health, drug and criminal checks if required.
• Available to work the hours required by the employer, including potential Saturdays.
• Legally able to work in New Zealand
