About the Company

One of the world’s leading international cost consultancy firm are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Main Duties

Your Responsibilities Include Such As, But Not Limited To

• Maintaining registers of variations and claims, delays, instructions, etc.
• Putting together claims and variations and provide notices where necessary.
• Managing Procurement activities.
• Ensuring compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
• Management feedback on issues both real and anticipated.
• Reporting and providing general commercial support.
• Mentoring a team of QSs including junior QSs.
• General ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

The Successful Candidate Will Bring Into The Role

• Must have 5-7+ years of experience in the same or related field.
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Experienced with Cost X and estimation software – Bench Mark and Candy CCS.
• Strong exposure with earthworks, bridges, streetscapes, roading and transport.
• Ideally, an intelligent, ambitious and highly motivated individual.
• Able to manage very complex situations with great problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
