A bit about what you’ll do

You will be helping keep kiwi’s warm over the winter by supporting the LPG line. What is LPG? Its basically the bottle gas that keeps the heaters warm, the shower hot, and brings the heat to the kitchen! So I guess you could say its pretty important….

You’ll be supporting the team with the winter increase by assisting with taking and placing orders across emails/app/phone,

A great attitude is first and foremost! We are really big on 360 feedback here at Contact, so that means from your leader/ team mates/ and customers, learning is a everyday occurrence!

Working across multiple systems you’ll need to be comfortable with computers, with a great typing/processing speed to keep up with the mahi!

We aren’t looking for robots and don’t use scripts, so being able to connect with people and hold a convo is a must.

Additional Information

• Training is 1-2 weeks based in either our Levin or Dunedin call centre,
• Role is based on site, this is not a remote role
• Fix term Contact until December 16th 2022
• Start date is 27th June
