Are you passionate about precision, organisation, and ensuring seamless document management within projects? We are seeking a dedicated Document Control Specialist to oversee, manage, and streamline our project documentation processes. This pivotal role will be responsible for the efficient distribution, maintenance, and accessibility of critical project documents.

Qualifications

• Document Management Expertise: You have a solid foundation in document management principles and practices, including version control, distribution, archiving, and retrieval. Your familiarity with document control software and systems is a significant asset.
• Industry Knowledge: You bring industry-specific knowledge, particularly in the context of engineering and construction projects. Familiarity with energy, utilities, or related sectors is highly advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as SharePoint, and or Aconex, is essential. Your ability to swiftly adapt to new document management technologies is valued.
