Who are we looking for?
Individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passionate in promoting products and services geared towards physical health and wellbeing
Secondary school education or equivalent
Above the age of 18
At least one solid year experience in the customer service space
Tech savvy and has an aptitude for learning about new technology and processes to bring value to the ContactPoint 360 team
Positive attitude, helpful behavior
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
Exemplary verbal and written communications skills
Exceptional skills in accurate data entry
Strong interpersonal and independent problem-solving skills
Highly reliable-strong attendance record
Decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with customers
Ability to pass a background check – Government valid photo IDs required
Has a high level of grit to overcome challenges and obstacles with the team
Is a strong team-player, bringing in a high level of enthusiasm and energy
Willing to service 8.5 hours between 7AM to 7PM EST, Monday to Friday.
