Provide Quality deliverables during project introduction, following internal and external specifications in a structured way, to contribute to the quality of new launches with a vision based on improving the management of products in human-machine interaction, and use the lessons learned to achieve better product development before mass production begins.

Provide support to projects in introduction, function in the detailed knowledge of the design and operation of the products.

Serve as a technical link between Design-Production-Client of the products under his / her responsibility, for decision making, implementation of changes always attached to the company’s procedures, design improvements and tests that affect the operation and performance of the product.

Provide technical advice on the product, with tools and training. Focused on the prevention and solution of problems in the functionality of the product avoiding affectations with the client.
