About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Strategy Analyst who will help drive digital analytics, AB/Multivariate testing, marketing strategies and insights for our global clients. This is a high-visibility role that will lead large global marketing optimization programs driven by analytics. You will work with a globally distributed team of amazing industry-leading professionals, managing and implementing end-to-end AB Testing and Experimentation programs for the largest companies in the world.

YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE

• Lead AB/Multivariate programs that lead to digital optimization across multiple digital channels (website, email, inapp, SMS) to increase conversion and user experience for our global clients
• Support clients by identifying testing and experimentation opportunities and developing testing roadmap
• Identify KPIs (i.e. engagement, conversion, adoption) needed for test analysis and understand test setup and data collection needs.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams on development of testing plan, implementation of experiment and analysis of results
• Manage overall delivery of all experimentation/testing projects including communicating timelines, expectations and process to clients
• Support creation of content for communicating experiment results and optimization progress to clients including result decks, trends over time and impact of tests, repository of test and strategy presentations
• Create and implement project plans to ensure clear definition of tasks, accountability for deadlines, and reporting of progress among project team members and business stakeholders.

YOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES*

• 2+ years of experience working on AB/Multivariate testing across multiple digital channels (email, sms, website, notifications etc)
• Experience building AB testing strategies, analyzing results and providing optimization recommendations
• Highly analytical person with the ability to extract business insights from data trends and provide recommendations for change
• Preferred experience using statistical methods to analyze data with proficiency in statistical hypothesis testing (sample size, statistical significance, confidence intervals etc.)
• Preferred hands on experience working on digital analytics data and familiarity with Google Analytics
