Continuum is currently in need of an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with a 4 year old male with G-Tube at home.

Requirements for our Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:

• Valid LPN license in the state your case is located, or a compact state nursing license
• Successfully pass a background check
• American Heart Association approved CPR Certification
• Acceptable I-9 documents indicating eligibility to work in the United States
• Copy of a current TB results or Chest X-ray if available
• The ability to make independent nursing judgments with minimal supervision

Shifts Available:

• Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm
