Job Details:

· Heavy data entry in Accounting database

· Audit daily reports submitted by the sales department

· Post cash and credit card receipts to the appropriate customer accounts

· Generate daily sales report activity for Management review

· Prepare daily bank deposits

· Post month-end journal entries to correct general ledger accounts

· Prepare bank reconciliation

· Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records

· Other ad-hoc duties relating to accounting and general office tasks

Requirements:

· 2 – 3 years of heavy data entry experience

· 10 Key by touch

· Attention to detail and accuracy a must

· Excellent organizational skills

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel

· Self-motivated, confident, and a team player

· Ability to work under pressure

· An ambition to learn

· Good problem-solving skills

· Experience in working on monthly deadlines

· Prior knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is a plus.

· Spanish speaking skills are highly preferable for this position but are not required.

Education: Must have a high school diploma
