Summary
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for ensuring the Company’s sales and pre-sales teams are set up for success by managing our sales enablement program and works with Sales, Practices, Offer Management and Marketing teams to define the solutions that require in depth training in order to enable successful selling capabilities.
Essential Functions
Manages sales enablement for all sales and presales team members
Works in partnership with Sales, Practices, Offer Management to determine the key solutions in our portfolio to focus our sales enablement efforts towards
Works in partnership with team members of our Marketing, Practices, Offer Management and our partners to execute on our sales enablement programs
Works with IT and Sales to assist in defining and improving operational efficiencies
Determines the best methods and resources to delivery training associated with sales enablement
Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Works with sales, marketing and various corporate functions to assess and determine the required communications, enablement support and the necessary tools to identify the most effective assets and approaches
Drives continual improvements in our sales enablement processes and productivity by collaborating with subject matter experts
Partners with sales leadership to develop, execute, measure and continuously improve enablement strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Five years of successful technology sales experience including sales enablement experience
Technology and related Services Training experience
Results oriented
Experience working for a technology solutions provider / systems integrator
Work Environment
Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
