About the Role

This is a part time role (20 – 25 hours a week) that will report through to the Business Development Director. Working to tight deadlines, you will be assisting the Estimation and Bid Teams to provide the administrational support needed to deliver tenders that are professional and competitive.

Duties:

• Handling all system filing throughout the tender creation process
• Document control to ensure consistency and professionalism is maintained
• Working with our Trade Partners and suppliers to collect and disperse relevant information
• Collecting post project documentation to use for future tenders

Skills and Experience:

• Experience as an administrator/coordinator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with technical documentation and performing document control
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Procore) is beneficial
• Solid organisation and time management skills
• Team spirit
• Ability to work and effectively contribute to a close working team
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and investigative thinker
