The Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide nursing care to the patients and families according to their identified needs. The care provided will include patient focused assessments, interventions and education and will be directed by the physicians and advanced practice providers. The LVN is expected to skillfully and consistently perform the daily clinical duties with a team-orientation, emphasis on good customer relations, sound clinical judgment and appropriate decision-making abilities.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing
Current permit or license to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas
Previous LVN experience is preferred
Current BLS is required
PALS required within 1 year of employment
