We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with skills in small business clerical and bookkeeping to help us with our busy office. The successful candidate will have experience reconciling bank accounts, preparing payroll tax reports, working with accounting software, and Microsoft Word and Excel. The individual in this position will assist in maintaining the physical office environment by answering phone, greeting clients, handling the mail for the office, and providing clerical office support to staff.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and greet clients
- Mail clerk
- Provide support with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Prepare payroll tax reports
- Use accounting software.
- Prepare bank reconciliations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hour
