As the ideal candidate you:

· Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or administrative experience in a professional environment.

· Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive customer experiences

· Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills

· Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word

· Are comfortable working individually and in a team environment
