Severaldiscount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets,etc.) also available.Job Summary:The Streets Equipment Operator Level 3 is responsible for operating heavyequipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy equipment may includetrucks, front-end loaders, dozers, compactors, skid steers, snowblowers and other pieces of equipment. The Streets Equipment Operator Level 3must also clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by policiesand procedures. The Streets Equipment Operator Level 3 must deal withresidents and members of the public in a courteous and respectful manner. TheStreets Equipment Operator Level 3 must make note of and report on anyconcerns/complaints and respond in a courteous and respectful manner.Basic Requirements:Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.Street Equipment Operator Level 3 — Minimum 5+ years’ experience withextensive knowledge in operating front end loaders, skid steers, dumptrucks and other equipment.Must have a Class A or B CDL License.This position may require the use of a motor vehicle and the employee issubject to comply with the Driver’s Standards of Copper MountainPreferred Experience and Special Skills:Ability to operate single axel trucks in a safe and responsible mannerAbility to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible mannerClient service and public interaction skillsTeam buildingAnalytical and problem solving skillsDecision making skillsEffective verbal and listening communications skillsAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to read and write to record pickups and maintain daily recordsStress management skillsTime management skillsCopper Mountain, LLC is an affirmative action employer and thatrace/color/religion/sex/sexual orientation/genderidentity/national origin/disability/protected veterans or any otherapplicable status protected by state or local law, are not taken intoaccount in any employment decision.
