Copper Safe Storage Hiring for Call Center Representative at Remote Full Time

Small, local business in need of a call center agent. Work remotely from home!!

• Be punctual for scheduled shifts and work entire scheduled shift
• Answering inbound phone calls from customers while maintaining expert knowledge about company policies and the storage industry.
• Providing introductory information to new customers.
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services.
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s questions or concerns.
• Deescalating customer/tenant concerns.
• Working together as a TEAM to find appropriate solutions.
• Perform tasks assigned by Operation Call Center Manager accordingly.
• Able to pick up or switch shifts if necessary.
• Complete Voicemails and SpareFoot, and Reservations request within 15 minutes of receiving.
