Customer Sales Representative

COPY COPY is a digital print shop providing services from business cards to posters, and everything in between. We are a high volume, fast paced, customer service oriented business.

Job Description:

• Assist customers in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner in person, or over the phone.
• Accurate order taking, making appropriate design and production suggestions, paper types, binding, etc.
• Multi-tasking skills are a must.
• Problem Solving
• Perform tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Achieve our 24 hour turn-around guarantee.
• Accurate and efficient operation of POS system (Square register).
• Keep store and working area clean and organized. Stock counters with supplies and machines with paper.
• Basic knowledge of PC operating system, to create resumes, flyers, business cards, etc.
• Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!

Pay Rate & Benefits:

• $18/hr with a merit based pay raise after 3 months of employment.
• Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision Insurance after 3 months of employment.
• After 1 year of employment you get vacation time and sick time, and can apply for a 401k plan.

Work Hours:

Evening, mornings – Flexibility is a must. Full and part time available.

Store Hours:

Mon – Fri: 8:00a – 6:00p

Saturday 9:00a – 6:00p

Sunday: Closed
