Job Description

• Corbett Exterminating is a leader in advanced sanitation and environmentally friendly pest elimination services. For more than 35 years Pest Detective has set the standard for the pest control industry. Our professionals prevent and manage pests in all categories of business – from residential to commercial to manufacturing, industrial, shipping, mining, grain and government.

Salary Range: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour

This is a remote position
Responsibilities

• Educate customers on current product features, service offerings, billing, charges, and overall product value
• Offer alternative solutions when appropriate with the objective of retaining customers business.
• Enjoy fast-paced days full of problem-solving and connecting with customers by phone via inbound calls
• Deliver first class customer experiences answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing information in response to concerns and requests

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to connect with customers with empathy & offer helpful solutions
• Promote the values of partnership, empowerment and agility
• Eagerness to develop your skills
• Strong spoken and written English
