Core Healing Therapy Hiring for Data Entry Job at Fall River, MA Full Time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour

• Basic computer skills needed
• Pick your own schedule most of the time (some business hours required due to needing to contact insurances before 5pm)
• Entry level – great resume experience
• No dress code even when in office, come in sweatpants and flip flops if you’d like.
• Incentives: if the employee is able to prove they’ve obtained a missed payment more than 3 months old from an insurance company they will receive half the payment in addition to their hourly rate.
• No vaccine requirement. Those who were previously terminated from a job or school or being unvaccinated are preferred candidates.
• 1099 position

The position entails:

1) company payment data entry: entering payment information (date, amount, patient name) from receipts into an electronic health record system. If the candidate notices that a payment isn’t being made, the candidate will need to insurance companies and inquire why the payment hasn’t processed and communicate all of this to the owner.

2) if the candidate catches a non payment over 3 months old from before they were hired, and they are able to get the insurance company to pay for that session, the candidate receives 50% of the payment as a sign on incentive.

3) candidate will also be in charge of other tasks such as: making copay lists, contacting clients who owe copays, etc.
