Conference Planner

• Pay: $32.82/hour
• 100% Remote
• Maternity Leave coverage (expected duration: 5 months. Possibility to extend)

Job Description:

Pre event and on site support for Client Experience Team – Maternity coverage support for employee’s leave which starts August 5, 2022

• Admin support for team including setting up google forms, templates, working google docs for 2H conferences
• Ordering physical & e-books and all fulfillment items for 2H conferences
• Project manage Analyst Relation Forum
• Project manage Peer Forums
• Processing invoices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Associate’s degree minimum requirement
• Willingness to occasionally travel (Domestic)
• 3-5 years of administrative experience
• Project management experience a big plus
• Self starter, needs to be able to work on administrative tasks with minimal supervision
• Highly organized
